The husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the PalmView. We stayed almost a week at The Hideaway and by the time we left, we knew it had been the perfect place for us. The room was not fancy but it was exactly what we needed. The beach chairs with built in storage pockets and umbrella and bikes they...

Like stepping back in time and staying at a nice little Florida motel in the 1960's. Bright pastel colors, palm trees, tropical flowers, patios, rattan furniture, tropical decor, Low key and relaxing. Will definitely be going back!

We have always enjoyed our stays here - now our third time over the course of three years. It's casual, good on budget (relative to Sanibel Island), and always clean. Room decorations are tropical but on the simple side. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, and equally short driving distance to the restaurants area on Periwinkle. It's also...

Stayed at the Caloosa for the Second time. Highly recommend! Easy walk to the beach, beach chairs and umbrella provided. The Caloosa is fully equipped with a coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge etc. Comfortable living room and bed. The colors are very cheery and the place was very clean! Also enjoyed the bikes which were great for getting to and from...

Great get away! Studio with king bed, sofa bed for extra guest(s). Fridge, stove/oven, micro, toaster, blender, knives, forks, plates, everything! 4 minute(walking) access to beach with the beach chairs & umbrella they supply! Free bike use! Free wi-fi,(but don't expect great speed anywhere on Sanibel/Captiva). Great location,(its closer to the Lighthouse). Capt.Ed's is quaint,"not fancy", but "homey", takes me...

Or first time staying there. The colors were really fun and the patio area nice with a grill and comfy chairs. We were in the Hideaway. It was cozy and comfortable. The free bikes and washer & dryer were an unexpected plus. The manager Ron was great. We would definitely stay there again. Loved it.

We just stayed at SandCastle -- Unit 1 for the holiday weekend and had a terrific stay. The cottage wasn't Four Seasons luxury, but it included everything we could possibly need and was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Great patio deck with grill. The location is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Not much else within walking distance,...

This place has all you need, and then some. Beautiful large accommodations, meticulously maintained grounds. Easy short walk access to the beach; easy access to local restaurants and shops with complimentary bicycles. Or you can just enjoy the barbecue and have drinks under the tiki table. The proprietor was charming and always helpful. Rates were really worth what you get...

“If there is no duplex, I'd go for that. There was one "duplex" where the units were separated by a banquet hall of sorts. If no banquet was going on, I'd choose to be in one of those units as your neighbor would not be on the other side of your wall. One of those units was closest unit to the street. However, there was not a whole lot of traffic on the street while we were there. Virtually none at night, and one of our nights was New Year's Eve. There was a unit attached to the office that seemed furthest from the street. I might go for that one first.”
