Must have picked the best time to stay in Sanibel. Got a great price for a suite. Kitchenette made the stay even better. More space than normal for this type of accomodation. Would stay here again in the future.

We stayed four nights, not enough time in Sanibel thou! Girls getaway trip. Fabulous location on the island. Great access to bike rental shop, convenience store for quick provisions needed, restaurants, grocery store. Everything a person could need is right here conveniently located to Kona Kai. Beach access is an easy bike ride from the motel. Very clean, quiet rooms...

We spent four nights at the Kona Kai and loved every minute. Our room (No. 5) was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a large comfy bed and a small kitchen/dining area equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, two ring table-top hob, toaster and coffee maker, plus the necessary crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. The ceiling fan was a bonus - we didn't...

This was a fantastic weekend getaway, in a quaint Hawaiian community of cottages! Think studio apartment... stylish living room, two queen beds, bathroom and a kitchen equipped with the basics - you stock the fridge! I could see a repeat stay with family and friends, enjoying the patio grills, pool and quaint gathering spaces surrounding the property. This was a...

We found this gem on TripAdvisor and have loved it! The staff is nice and even allowed my husband and I to upgrade to a bigger room our first night, free of charge. It has been great because we are staying for 4 days and the little kitchen area has helped a lot! The atmosphere is cute and fun. We...

We went for short weekend getaway and it was everything we could have imagined plus more. It's a cute Hawaiian theme motel with a decent pool. We didn't go swimming at the beach because the water was murky and choppy so it was nice that they had a pool. We definitely took advantage of the grills they had and cooked...

We stayed for a three day weekend getaway. We were very pleased with the facility. Very clean, friendly staff with a Hawaian theme. There is no daily maid service, however, all the towels, soaps, coffee etc are available in the office 24 hrs a day. They have a very good set up so you always have everything you need. They...

We were there for a quick getaway trip. It is a cute little place. We were out and about the whole time visiting the park and kayaking but the staff was very nice and helpful. They provided towels and beach chairs. It's also close to everything. I mean it is Sanibel. We were happy

My wife & I spent a few nights at Kona Kai, a Hawaiian themed motel right on main drag, Periwinkle way. But, no evening noise and a short walk to shops and restaurants and rentals for bikes. Absolutely clean rooms, but they're not fancy...Big clean pool, but not enough shade from hot August sun. Delightful, friendly staff helpful in many...
