This is our third trip to the villas. We love the cozy, relaxed feeling of a smaller complex. We have NEVER had noise issues at the Villas, which is exactly what you want for a relaxed vacation. The Villas are very close to the beach, the lighthouse, and the causeway. There are bikes and beach chairs, as well as umbrellas,... More

We just arrived home after 10 days at BRV. We couldn't have been happier with the location. We are used to the prices of a condo in Maui so we thought the rate was more than reasonable. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. We cooked all our meals except two and the kitchen... More

If you can't be gulf front, this is the next best thing. This was our first year staying on a canal. It was great. We have spent spring break in Sanibel for 5 years. We stayed in the Driftwood villa. The villa was exactly as described and pictured. When we opened the door it was a breath of fresh clean... More

The beach road villa was a great place to stay. Our unit was lean and well equipped. The villa was a short walk to the beach and had a canal steps from the back lanai. I enjoyed using the bikes provided at the villa and my husband fished in the canal most of our stay. The owner and management staff... More

This is our second trip to the villas. We absolutely love the area, Sanibel, but the location of the Villas is just wonderful. You are very close to the beach, the lighthouse, and the causeway. The units have been undergoing upgrades, so other than the fact that the updates are incomplete, I would have given the villas a higher rating.... More

Absolutely wonderful..... Well appointed, clean 2 story condo, close to everything, and reasonably priced.... AND DOG FRIENDLY - even if they don't fit in a purse. Now, this is not the RITZ. It's more like "your house went on vaca with you."

We just came home from Sanibel Island's Beach Road Villas. I would definitely book the same accommodations again with no hesitations. I agree with many of the reviewers comments. The size of the villa and the cleanliness and value, cannot be beat! They even welcomed our 3 four legged friends! The upstairs bathroom does need to be updated and I... More

We stayed in Sandpiper the end of June and thought the place was in a great location and very homey. It is a quick walk to the beach and all the amentities in the garage are great to take advantage of (chairs, toys, wagon to pull everything, beach umbrellas, bikes - not for beach use etc). The marina and patio... More

There are a few properties on Sanibel Island that allow dogs to accompany you and on short notice, we found Beach Road Villas, conveniently located a couple hundred yards from the water's edge with four identical two-story villas on the property. Owner Dave Wager handles the details by phone or email quickly and efficiently and caretaker Fred takes care of... More

All you need is the food! Everything else is provided from kitchen tools to linens. The view is quiet and soothing from your screened in porch. No bugs :) I was able to go out every morning and relax to birds singing and quiet, WONDERFUL. My two children had a wonderful time using provided beach toys. Husband made use of... More
