Quaint , clean and Super friendly service We found this room through the visitor centre's list of vacancies provided after hours to visitors. A shout out to the Sanibel Visitor Center. What a great help to have this list for after hours AND a courtesy house phone for travellers to check the vacancies. First the price was reasonable do we...

My boyfriend and I try to Sanibel frequently and were taking our dog with us for the first time. He's a big bully mix but we had no problems at the Inn at all. Linda and Nicole were very nice and gave us directions to the perfect secluded beach where our big pup was able to run around without disturbing...

I just booked our Memorial Day weekend stay over the phone with Linda. She is so very helpful and friendly! We are looking forward to coming down from St. Augustine and enjoying some time on a different coast! I'll be back to tell you how it all goes!

We hadn't booked but drove around and happily found this Inn. We were made extremely welcome, all the staff were lovely and helpful, the room was spacious and clean and we thoroughly recommend. The grounds are kept really well and they couldn't do enough to help us without charging extras for things like beach towels, umbrellas, chairs etc etc. Loved...

Just returned from a very enjoyable stay by myself at Anchor Inn. This trip came somewhat out of the blue for me as I was playing in a sports tournament nearby. Usually my husband and I stay at a larger resort on the beach several times a year. Anchor Inn was perfect! The unit was spotless and wifi connection was...

We LOVED our stay here! Such a well-kept, quaint little "village" conveniently located on Periwinkel Drive, near everything you'd want to do on Sanibel. Biking all over Sanibel-Captiva from here was delightful, and the location really was PERFECT for just about everything! Rooms are well-appointed and it is great that bikes and beach equipment are right there on the property....

This is my fifth visit to the island, I've stayed at Tropical Winds once and at Anchor Inn twice. The good about anchor inn is it's close proximity to everything. The pool is nice and the beds are comfortable in the room. Why I won't be staying here again is the management. When we checked in after 3 pm our...

We stayed in the middle A-Fame cottage at this small roadside motel. It was a clean and quiet 2 bd 1 bath unit, had a stocked kitchen, ceiling fans, and comfy furniture. The pool was nice, there was onsite laundry, and they supplied towels/chairs/etc for trips to the beach. Linda and Nicole were helpful, accommodating, and pleasant. There was plenty...

This was our first visit to Sanibel and the Anchor. Both were great. The Inn is centrally located which is perfect since a bicycle is the preferred method of transport. Linda at the desk made us feel very welcome and helped alot with dinner recommendations. We will definitly come back to both Sanibel and the Anchor. Thanks guys.

This is our main go-to on the island as the price is awesome and location superb. Very clean rooms, great service when you need it and you can ask for whatever and more than likely they will have it to help you out (hair dryer, iron and board etc.) They have sand buckets, little shovels, beach towels, chairs and other...
