No. If you look at Google maps of the park, right next to the swimming pool it looks like tennis courts but they are shuffle board courts.

I know the Santa Rosa beach area doesn’t. Try calling the City of Destin or the Chamber of Commerce as they will know exactly what areas they are allowed.
