We spent one week here and would gladly go back. The staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful. The unit was spotless and comfortable. There was no dishwasher but we found several excellent restaurants within a short walk. The only downside for us was the loud music at

What a nice small town feel to this area. No big time restaurants here but some great local seafood restaurants. All walkable from the hotel. Great happy hour specials. Again no need to drive. Played two local golf courses. Great shape and $52.00 to play.

Yes, but not everyone would agree with that. It's great to rent one of the boats and go out to the spoil islands or toward the inlet. It is so close to the beaches, the beaches would be best. Every beach has a very clean bath house and lots of parking. I prefer the beach to the rlver, to me it does not seem very clean . . .blut I am fussy.

As far as I know they all only have one bathroom. I would call or message the resort to confirm.

Yes, there are alligators in the Indian River but you are more likely to see them in the Sebastian River.

"Lovely views of the Intercoastal Waterway"
"It's too good to be true!"
"Personally I like Oyster Bay side because it's more cozy."
"There are 16 steps up to the 2nd floor (English 1st floor) apartments, so if you have heavy cases, best on the ground floor."
