This property is clean and well maintained. I like that the minimum stay is only 3 nights and not a week as a lot of other properties are. The beach area for the condo is large and one of the nicest. Two pools and a hot tub are a bonus. The property being on both the Gulf and the Bay allows you to enjoy both sunrises and sunsets. Also, we were able to watch quite a few dolphins feeding in the bay.
To celebrate my 20th Anniversary my wife and I planned a 5 night stay at Palm Bay Club. We stayed in the Grand Tower Unit #112. The view was breathtaking!! To wake up every morning to white sand, blue water and clear skies for 5 days was such a blessing. However, we did notice a few things in the unit that are very small, but for the price these are things that should be addressed. One issue was the screened balcony had multiple holes in the screen which allowed mosquitoes to fly in freely and bite my wife and I. One of the bed frames is damaged with the wood broken and a large nail visible and exposed where a person could easily scratch themselves. The dining room table had 2 of the legs leaning inward as if they have been broken/damaged by someone trying to move the table. These are just minor details that take away from the room itself and you just don't expect to see items like this for a 5 no ight stay at $1500. We will definitely return, but will look into a different unit.…
We go to the Palm Bay club once a year. The beach is beautiful and most of the units are very well furnished and clean. Our unit had a gorgeous beach front view and the kitchen was very well stocked. This is a condo not a hotel so keep in mind there is no on site hotel or restaurant. My only issue with this stay was that the front desk was incredibly rude. If you don’t enjoy what you do for a living I would recommend a career change. People come on vacation to relax and get away not to be yelled that or talked down to. Hopefully this was just an isolated incident. If it wasn’t for the rude Front desk manager I would’ve rated this five stars.
we enjoyed palm bay club, except for the fact my mom is disabled and we was unaware that there was no golf cart rentals allowed in their resort, so she was pretty much stuck indoors, unless we sat outside! The condo was average nothing fancy, the pools were nice, we stayed on the bay side which was relaxing, about 1.5 blocks to the beach or you could drive over and park! We would stay here again if they allowed golf carts! Our host was very helpful and she was great at any questions I had! Her condo was clean and had pretty much everything we needed!
This is my first time staying in Siesta Key though I’ve been coming to this area for 20+ years. I will definitely come back. This property is very nice and well maintained. Check in was efficient and pleasant. The unit we stayed in (#94) is updated, clean, quiet, and has all the things we needed for our stay. Plenty of towels and toilet paper provided as well. We spent time on the open air covered balcony and at the small inside dining table by the window because of the incredible views of the beach and nightly sunsets. The only thing I didn’t like about the unit was the little chandelier in the bathroom. It hangs too low and I kept hitting it every time I raised my arm for anything. As far as the property goes, my only dislike is the location of the pool. It’s next to the office at the entrance. If you’re here for the beach, this is a great location. If you enjoy a nice pool near the beach like I do, then you’re out of luck. Overall, this property is definitely worth a stay. …
