Walk to your car, the beach or pool. Clean unit, everything you needed. Murphy bed a bit uncomfortable. Will do full bedroom next year. So convenient to beach. Safe, beach clean. Great deal. Can sit out front in lawn chairs , no longer walks to car or amenities. Great value! Thank you.

Fabulous find! Great beachfront location for about 10 of the units with another 20 or so units along the driveway. Very clean, affordable, with kitchens. Various size units with some up to 3 bedrooms. Nice pool, walking distance to restaurants and grocery store - you really don't need a car. There's also a free taxi to take you to and...

We stayed for 3 nights in unit 8. The unit was very clean with a small grass area in front. Clotheslines outside to hang wet towels. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

This is an older but very well cared for resort. We've been coming here for the past 20+ years. We've tried other beach stays around this area, but what we love and what keeps us coming back here is #1 the beach access. We prefer being right on the beach and not 3+ floors up. We can walk right out...

The property is one of the low rises but it is worth it. It is right on the beach and across from the complex is a small market and some shops. I loved it because I could walk and bike to everything. My family loved it because they didn't have to carry beach chairs,

To give you a very honest picture, these units were built in the 1950s. Each one is individually owned, so they vary in how much they've been updated. We stayed in unit 19, a ground floor beachfront one bedroom unit. First of all, the location is perfect. You have a private screened in porch that gives you a view of...

I have stayed at this property three times and have never been disappointed. It's a taste of "old Florida". This property is similar to Siesta Royale, about a half-mile north on Midnight Pass, but with fewer units. Every time I stay here the villas are clean, the kitchens come with everything you need to cook with, and there has always...

If you like backyard bar-b-que, sunsets, and meeting new people (we always do!) then this is the place. You will be hard-pressed to find any other place that allows such direct access to the beach yet still feels like a community. The units are quite simple, but we're only ever inside to sleep anyway! Worth a long drive and the...

We loved the place!!! After trying to find a condo in the village, we left it with a bitter taste (read: too expensive!!!) in our mouth. Just before giving up on Siesta, we bumped into this place and spent an amazing week here. The best one in Florida and the Bahamas in a more than a month and a half...
