Spent four nights here and had a very comfortable time. Happy hour was great Monday through Wednesday. Staff was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a pesky train that comes through in the early morning but I usually slept through it. Will definitely stay again.

This was a nice hotel a little loud for my taste. There e was a large group of young individuals making a lot of noise. The breakfast was good. The staff at the desk seemed a little irritated but they got over it. The Marriott chain seems to be on the decline with personal service.

1991KEB, Thank you for the kind remarks regarding our hotel, design and breakfast offerings. It is true; as previously mentioned, we are located directly adjacent to the 50,000 student FSU campus, 1/2 mile from the Doak Campbell Stadium, directly across the street from the 15,000 seat Tucker Center Arena, and surrounded by luxury student housing complexes. This mix of high...

We booked our room for two nights through Hotels.com. When received our bill there were seeparate charges for the two nihgts, the second, $17 more thant the first night. Also there was a $10 per day charge for parking on hte hotel grounds. None of this was mentioned in booking or prior discussions. I call the hotel and they were...

Dave M, Thank you for choosing our hotel for this past week’s visit. We most appreciate the kind remarks regarding our team's service! We were disappointed you experienced the negative situation with your billing experience created by your booking process on Hotels.com. Company selected this hotel for my co-workers and myself for an overnight stay. Was very pleased. The staff was nice and the happy hour dinner and drinks was a very nice touch. The room was very spacious, you're own studio apartment. Will say if your room is on the street side the noisy cars can be a bit annoying but...

My daughter and I stayed at this location while visiting FSU. All of the staff we encountered were great and the morning breakfast was good with many choices. We arrived during happy hour and it was pleasing to see that kid and adult beverages were available. It was also very convenient to FSU's campus. Only one issue comes to mind...

Overpriced hotel that screws guests during FSU games with $600.00 a night room rates. Just paid $249.00 for a simple business trip up from $179.00 the last time. PLUS they then hit you for a $10.00 parking pass. Rooms are nice and they put on a good breakfast spread, but not worth $249.00 Be careful

Sirocko, Thank you for the kind remarks regarding our room décor and our breakfast. Many of our guest also enjoy our complimentary evening happy hour Mix event, served Mon-Wed featuring local craft draft and house made sangria. The team was very disappointed to hear that our game day rates do not fit within your expected budget. It is true; we...

This hotel looks nice, but the hotel sits beside a very busy roadway where there is tons of traffic. The room had so much street noise we did not get a good night's sleep. The rooms are just ok and certainly not worth the price.

mcdh4561, Thank you for the kind remarks regarding our hotel's nice our looks. To mention, all of our hotel's high definition photos are on our website for your review. It is true, we are located directly in the center of the Arts and Entertainment District of Tallahassee. In fact we are adjacent to the 50,000 student FSU campus, less than...

Staff was very very nice. Brandon, who does a variety of things at the hotel, also drives the shuttle bus. He dropped us off at the restaurant we were having dinner at. It was only 1.2 miles away, but our feet were killing us from walking FSU all day, so we really appreciated the ride! Both Brandon, and Isiah, who...

Went during a busy weekend to visit my daughter at school. I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade which made my stay even more comfortable. I have been here several times and this hotel is consistently excellent in its cleanliness, service and staff professionalism. All staff members are equally engaged in their attention to customer service no matter what their...

My family and I stayed here for my graduation from FSU. Couldn't ask for a better location for that, you can throw a stone to the Civic Center! The Railroad Square Art Park is just a block away, and you're right in the heart of Tally's up and coming All Saint's neighborhood. The hotel was very modern and clean, and...
