There are so many sizes and styles but it sounds like you rent a lock out unit, which can be turned into a 3 bedroom unit by adding the adjoining unit. A one bedroom with a partial kitchen is similar to a hotel room. The window is on the side so you are facing a building. There are no balaconies in any 1 bedroom units I’ve ever been in at Sand Peeble.
The most recent one bedroom we stayed in was August 2016 and it had not been updated.
