I have visited Grandview Gardens about 7 times, - for a good reason ! The B&B is exceptional ! Great atmosphere, the owners/managers are charming but also very professional (they have been in the hotel business before for years), perfect ambiance.

The two rooms I stayed in had air conditioning. This is not a hotel. It’s a B&B in an older architecturally significanr building that was once a large private home. The five rooms around the pool are newer and were added on to the property. I assume they, too, are air conditioned but you should ask. It has a very home-like feel to it, but if you’re looking for sleek and modern, this is not the place for you.
There are no elevators, but there are rooms on the ground level.
