We attended a wedding at this venue. The kitchen was very dirty all the room smelled of damp. The kitchen for the wedding would not pass any health inspection. We stayed for four days and during that time no rooms were cleaned or towels changed the wedding dining area was not cleaned 2 days after the wedding.Bar B Q was...

Sadly what would be an idyllic location is decaying in need of repair, the owners make little effort to do any upkeep and avoid contact apart from seeking extra money for services not provided, nice people but sadly not providing much in the way of support All decorations were by the Bride DJ recommended by them - poor (Not present...

Every so often in the hospitality industry i suppose that you have to expect that no matter how hard you try, no matter how much prior information is sent that people will neither read it nor understand. I will not respond to the ludicrous comments of this person nor her father who also wrote a review. It will surfice to...

... Wedding guests expected to clear up their own wedding Breakfast dishes...which were still where they were left on the tables the previous day!...The evening event was in a rotten filthy run down garage..the "evening buffet" if you could call it that was a plate of cheese which was left out for 3 days. Shabby chic is gorgeous...this was shabby...nothing...

I just hope that people reading this review will see it for the malicious and spiteful rant that it is. The chateau is self catering and not a hotel and whilst we live onsite we try to be discreet. All aspects of the wedding day itself are organised by us and we take the planning and delivery of this very...

I was lucky enough to be part of a wonderful wedding in August this year! I don't think the Bride and Groom could have picked a more welcoming and apt location for their celebration. It was absolutely fantastic and a really authentic experience! Wonderful time, wonderful people, facilities fabulous, owners extremely helpful, accommodating and genuine. What a memory, how lucky...

We chose Chateau de Fayolle for our wedding after a long search at home and abroad, and have to say that it was the perfect choice. The sun shone and the 'shabby chic' aged historical buildings came to life as did the spacious grounds and beautiful integral centuries old chapel, all combining to make for a day to remember. The...

We were fortunate enough to get married here this August. People often ask. Did the wedding day live up to all you imagined? Hell yes! The whole experience at the chateau exceeded my dreams. The chateau is beautiful yes, but the service that you receive from Janet, Jerry and staff was fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was...

Gerry and Janet were totally chilled out and relaxed and nothing was too much trouble! The food was amazing, the drinks flowed and the party went on till the small...

My husband & I were fortunately invited to a recent wedding at this stunningly beautiful venue & literally fell in love with the place from the moment we walked through the gates. The only word I can use to describe the whole experience was magical, the standard of food, drinks & service throughout the day was superb & above all...

We visited this venue in Setember 2013 as an option for our wedding and it was BEAUTIFUL. The owners Gerry & Janet (originally from England) were friendly and warm and much more accommodating and forthcmoing with their ideas than any of the other venues we visited. (Particularly those through Get Married in France!) The church onsite ins beautiful as is...

Had our wedding here in August, it's an absolutely lovely place! Gerry, Janet and all the staff who helped on the day are just superb. The food on the day was brilliant too! Every little bit of it was excellent, from our first visit to check out the town of Riberac and the surrounding area, to the stay during the...
