Location was perfect for us, because we have family in Winter Garden (family with a tiny house). This hotel is right downtown, among the charming brick streets and fun shops/restaurants. Free off-street parking! Free, cooked to order breakfast every morning! Friendly and charming hostesses, and interesting guests to converse with. The rooms are cozy and vintage, furnished with a mix...

We love staying at the Edgewater Hotel. The rooms are quaint and comfortable. The ladies that take care of us are always so gracious and polite. They serve the BEST breakfast every morning. We are looking forward to our next visit and riding the West Orange Trail once again.

The hotel is so family friendly. You meet people from everywhere and it feels like you've known them for awhile. We have stayed several times and each time has been wonderful. Staff is very friendly and accommodating (they are family). The hotel is always clean and the breakfasts are delicious...there are always snacks available in the dining room. The little...

I was so happy to get a room here based on the rave reviews. Initially, there was no vacancy, but I got a call a couple of days before our intended overnight letting me know a room was available...yay! My husband and I prefer non-chain, unique lodging with character, and this fit the bill. It is in the heart of...

Go back in time and stay at this pleasantly restored 1926 hotel. The antiques throughout are charming. After check-in enjoy a ride up to the main second floor aboard the fully functioning 1926 Otis original elevator. You are greeted by curious, and friendly, caged birds who welcome you. Don't expect an ultramodern suite however, if this is your priority, you...

We visit here several times a year to see family, and it is always a wonderful experience. The rooms are well appointed and always clean, and the breakfast, which is served family style and always leads to some interesting conversations, is excellent.

The Edgewater is the opposite of what a traveler might expect from a "normal hotel" (which it no is, being a B&B though). BUT: if you are just like me tired of the faceless and sterile hotels that you normally go to, then this is the "must-place" to stay at! The owners are most friendly and lovable people and very...

A well preserved nineteen century hotel. The safe, the telephone, the cash registry. All are well over 200 years old. The we found the elevator. It opens horizontally. The mirrors are made with lead. S excellent experience

The Edgewater is one of our favorite places to stay when visiting Florida. The location is perfect especially for bike riders. The rooms are nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. The staff at the hotel work hard to ensure all your needs are met. There is a nice variety of options on their made-to-order breakfast menu. Hotel personnel are very friendly...
