With a family function scheduled nearby, I was so pleased that I chose to stay at this wonderful gem of a B&B. My room was very comfortable...and extremely clean. There were many nice little homey touches that added to the experience. I was surprised to...More
Wow, what an experience. From the beginning to the end of our stay, we had a wonderful experience. Arriving past closing, the owners waited up for us to check us in, then gave us a ride in the original elevator, built in 1927. This was...More
This place is a gem. The owner joined us for breakfast (which was delicious) and told us of his 14 year experience restoring this 1920s hotel. It still has its original elevator and barber chairs. Wonderful family owned business. Rooms are terrific. My wife and...More
Stayed at Edgewater Hotel on a recent weekend after wanting to avoid the cookie cutter touristy hotels in Orlando. What a nice clean and nostalgic beautiful hotel this is! The room I stayed in was very comfortable and quiet! The lobby looks unchanged since the...More

We usually lock our bikes inside our vehicle. The staff at the hotel is very accommodating so I'm sure they would be more than willing to help you bring them upstairs. The West Orange Trail is one of our favorite trails and downtown Winter Garden is beautiful with many fine restaurants and shops. Check out the Plant St Market and don't miss the Farmers Market on Saturday. Also take an evening stroll down to Lake Apopka.
Winter Garden, and the hotel are 13 miles from central Orlando. However the Orlando airport is probably 10 miles to the southeast of central Orlando, so my best guess is that it is 25-30 miles from the airport.
