I stayed at this property for 3 nights. It’s a quaint small property with hard keys. Nice staff, but doesn’t have the luxuries one may be accustomed to in a larger hotel. And then there was the train. A train goes by this hotel multiple...More
My husband and I went to a wedding in Winter Park. What a beautiful charming little town. The hotel is very small but it had everything we needed for our stay. The rooms are clean and if you get one with a balcony even better....More
When I first walked in, it felt like my grandparents home, minus the family photos on the wall and other personal items. The walls are white, the wooden floors are creaking, and the lighting in the room isn't very flattering.

Yes we are Pet Friendly. Dogs up to 25lbs are welcome at the PPH. We do charge a Pet Fee of $50 for the first night, $25 for subsequent nights. Service Animals are not subjected to the pet fee, but we do charge a one time cleaning fee of $50 to cover steam cleaning out of respect for subsequent guests who may be allergic to pet dander. Thanks for asking!

The Hotel does not have a separate restaurant. You might be thinking of Park Plaza Gardens next door, but they have separate owners, and have been closed for almost a year. On a separate note, we serve a small Continental Breakfast up to your room as part of your stay. Hot Coffee of Tea, Orange Juice and nice warm Croissant with butter and jam!
Thanks for your question
