A neighbor suggested Homestay Nepal to me, and I was so glad that she did. Staying with Bella and Babu, and their family was a real treat! It's quiet and relaxing, and best of all located so that you can easily walk around the village. Everyone there was so welcoming and friendly. Bella is an excellent cook, and has a...

Once you have stayed with Babu and Bella you will become part of their extended family. This is my second visit to Nepal and always look forward to being reunited with this warm and friendly family. I was involved in festival celebrations around the village and became part of the community. Babu organised a trip of a life time for...

We have back to stay at Babu's homestay after the 1st time visit of Nepal 3 years ago! We missed the homemade cooking and the great family! Last time we had experienced the full moon festival, this time we celebrated my bday in traditional Nepali way and the Dashain festival with them! Thank you Mama for making my favorite Momos...

This is the best place to really meet local people and escape other travellers. Immerse yourself in local culture. Learn about birdwatching and nature from the guides. Eat local food. Vegetarian. Visit local temples and see village life. Quiet nights under the stars.

Stayed with Babu and Belku for a short 2 days at their home in Kirtipur. The house is situated in a lush green field away from the hustle and bustle of the city, away from the pollution and smoke of petrol, away from the hundreds of buses and motorbikes. This is the place to go if you want a serene...

Staying with Babu and Belku was like being home. I felt so welcome. The first day, after a nap, I went for a walk around the village alone and it was so beautiful. The view is stunning! The people in the village were also kind. It is outside of Kathmandu so you avoid all the mayhem but you are close...

It is my most unforgettable Nepal trip which I feel if you wanted to visit Nepal, then this is the best homestay where you feel at home, see the real side of Nepal. Besides the good food being served, the warm feeling being part of their family member, most importantly I feel the community here also welcoming all the visitors....

The most wonderful family run homestay. We had a wonderful 8day visit to Nepal. Everything was organised for us by Babu including transport. This ensured that everything was brilliantly organised and ran smoothy. We met locals in the village and were welcomed it their homes to see how they were managing post earthquake. More then recommending this; I suggest you...
