Rooms ok although there was a strange smell in our room. Plenty of room and there was a double and single bed. Breakfast wasn't worth £5.99. Alright for an overnight stop.

A pity the efforts of the staff were spoilt by noisy activities outside during the night. The accommodation was fine other than the shower which could be improved by having a hand rail for support whilst washing.

We only stayed here overnight but I was more than happy with the hotel. The room was clean and had everything that we needed. Was surprised that we were not bothered by the noise of the traffic coming into and leaving the service area late at night.

We've stayed there one night, the checking was fast, room was clean, the age of the hotel is moderate; the bathroom (shower head) was kind of old, difficult to get the hot water.. There were compliments, tea & coffee and a kettle in the room. The hotel was quite, had a comfortable bed. There were extra pillows, I used 2...

We stopped overnight on the way to our holiday in Devon. We booked a family room on the internet a few days before. Upside - It was cheap, clean and convenient. Breakfast was good and is next to a motorway service station with a lot of choice to eat. Downside - The room was unbelievably hot especially with four of us...

If this had been any longer than for one night I would have asked to move room. Hotel and room clean and beds comfy, but needs tweaking and tidying. Room was very hot and only one window opened as the other window had no handle! Curtain pole was bowing a lot in the middle and bathroom fixings were hanging on the...

We arived late at night, which was no problem, but they had only a smoking room. But we could change the room for the two further nights, which really better! Friendly staff. We don't use the breakfast for 5,50 GBP of the Hotel. We went to the nearby motorway service area (waitrose, starbucks, burger king, etc.) to buy our breakfast...

Booked two rooms £69 per room. When we arrived we checked in at reception. Went to our rooms. Rooms 123, and 124. Neither had any electricity. We had to go back to reception where somehow they restored power. However in the middle of the night and wanting to use the loo - no electric again. Tried to phone 24hr reception....
