If you're going to Bryce Canyon, Ruby's is the closest to the park entrance. We had stayed there once before, so booked again to find it now catering to buses of tourists. Although the room was comfortable, it smelled a little funky - I suggest looking at the nearby alternatives.

This hotel is conveniently situated very close to Bryce Canyon. From the hotel, you can pick up a free shuttle bus to visit Bryce Canyon. After a good hiking day, you can dive in the hotel swimming pool or the jacuzzi. The hotel restaurant is Inside the hotel and has a good typical menu with plenty of steaks. Many shops...

It's a decent mega-hotel complex and your usual Best Western, etc., etc., type hotel. The room was typical but clean and decent. The main attraction was its location right outside Bryce Canyon. That made it easy to go back in after dinner and get in early the next morning. Jean, our receptionist, went the extra mile to check us in...

My wife thought she was making a reservation at the Best Western across the street, but got into this Best Western called "Ruby's". The one we thought we staying in is new and beautiful, while this hotel is a run-down dump which is worn out. Thank God it was for only one night - we couldn't wait to get out...

Mandatory check in is 4p; even though room was ready at 3:45! Keys were not coded correctly and had to get them fixed - what a hassle that is. Next time I would stay across the street at the Best Western Plus.

At check in they were not friendly and very short when we asked questions, the room was musty smelling and it was very noisy. I would not recommend this location, they are building a new hotel across the road and it look nice. The food was good at the restaurant and the waitress was good, the food a little pricey.

Located just before the entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park on Utah highway 63, this is the original Ruby's Inn started by Reuben Syrett in 1919. Today it is the central tourist complex that is comprised of some eight buildings, including the main lodge that houses guest rooms as well as the General Store and Restaurant. There are two other...

The Lake view outside our room was beautiful!. I did not like having a room with a handicap shower unit, neither one of us are handicapped. Not enough counter space for my personal toiletries. I had to use the bathroom floor. I enjoyed the rather large rooms for my shopping experience-Groceries and Trinkets. There was even Laundry onsite! That's important...

This as a convenient place to stay. The room was good, though we were opposite the ice machine, which was loud at times. The indoor pool was large, though loud when kiddies were in it. The hot tub filled up quickly and was a social place for visitors. The restaurant was standard crappy American food and not worth the prices....
