I called prior to booking this room to verify if they had a couch with a hide-a-bed as on the room description it stated sitting area. I was assured that they did. Upon check in I realized that they had lied to me. The sitting area did not even have a couch, much less a hide-a-bed. It made for an...

This is about the only hotel at or near Bryce Canyon. It has several buildings. We stayed in a room with two king beds in the 'Deer' section. It is a little old and although the bathroom was updated and the bed was very comfortable, the water in the shower was a problem because it changed from hot to cold...

Accommodations were very pleasing. Easy access from highway, clean rooms, very comfortable beds. The staff went above and beyond to make sure things were as they should be for the guests. The hotel was very near Bryce Canyon for viewing of this magnificent national park.

This property was booked for us by our tour planner via a land agent. We were very surprised by the standard of this accommodation,as previous experience of "Best Westerns" has left us unimpressed. We were in one of the lodges. A very spacios room with 2 Queen sized beds, a small kitchen area with sink and drinks maker. We had...

Stayed at the "Deer" motel. The good: Large, well equipped room, good wifi, plenty hot water, clean, comfortable. Has a whole shopping center with everything you might need in terms of groceries and essentials/pharmacy. The bad: Breakfast not included. Noisy. You can hear steps from the next room, person walking outside the door, or cars from the parking lot. The...

Very large and spread out with nine separate lodge buildings plus a large RV park. A nice restaurant, general store and a pool. The rooms are large and nicely appointed and include a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. It is located near the entrance of Bryce Canyon National Monument.

Hotel is OK but restaurant is not very good. Very little choice and not well cook. We had breakfast and the eggs were almost raw when we asked for hard. It's a convenient location for the hotel but I wouldn't go back. We would prefer driving from the nearest town.

Ruby's Inn is a large hotel with a spread-out design. Our room was a good little walk from the main building. The place was always buzzing with people --- in the lobby, gifts shops, and walking to and fro. The hotel is cute and rustic --- lots of personality. There is a nice, large indoor heated pool and jacuzzi in...

Since this was my first stay there I was a little intimidated. But right from the first they answered my questions about the shuttle buses and where and when to make connections. This gave me a boost of confidence in their professional ability. I asked how to get to the pool and where the workout room was and they sent...

This is the largest Best Western hotel I have seen. There are many separate two-story buildings with about 40 rooms each. The rooms are typical Best Western. Modest furnishings but functional. Coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. The shower worked and hot water was plentiful. The wifi was easy to access and was fast and reliable. The food in the restaurant...
