One night business trip in Columbus - very comfortable hotel. Front desk and lobby staff were extremely pleasant and eager to help. Executive floor reception and AM breakfast was very good. Hallway noise was a little louder than most - too much open space at the bottom of the doors (at least my room). Otherwise pretty quiet. Most features up...

This was a business trip for me. Thanks to the hotel staff, my stay was pleasant. A 'big up' to Marquis, who brought in and setup a desk in my room so that I could work and made other changes to the room that increased my comfort. Not only was my stay comfortable, I enjoyed the food at Houlihan's Restaurant...

Our waiter, Chad, provided excellent customer service as well as engaging us in conversations about the purpose of our visit to Columbus, Georgia, and provided local activities to attend during our stay. Chad was very polite and courteous making our dining experience very pleasant. Chad is an excellent asset and resource to the Marriott Columbus, Georgia hotel business.

This hotel was, by far, the best experience I have had in a long time. The front desk staff (Alexis and Sean) were extremely nice and helpful. The bell hop "Blue" was such a joy to deal with. We picked the Columbus Marriott because of the location close to the Riverwalk and to the downtown area. It was in walking distance to all the great restaurants and the river. The hotel has a historic past as part of an old mill, which I love places like that. The lobby is nice and the Houlihan's Restaurant that is part...

I stayed at the hotel for almost 200 nights over the last 2 and a half years for work. The staff is great, especially the ladies in the concierge lounge who were never short of amazing!!
