When you enter the property you are greeted with peaceful green scenery and sights of horses and then then various buildings. When i arrived at my cabin it was quiet and the view of the area was what like what you would see in the movies, just beautiful. The chalets are clean and well taken care of. My allergies were...

I visiting Cohutta Springs Conference Center this past weekend for a yoga and meditation retreat. The grounds are beautiful and the room I stayed in was very nice. Every room has a view of the lake, which is so calming. I also had a private balcony, so it was perfect way to enjoy my coffee when I woke up. The...

As a local, I have visited Cohutta Springs Lodge several times, but have not stayed the night. This lodge is owned by a religious organization that primarily caters to groups for an extended stay during the summer. They do no local advertising that I am aware of nor make their amenities available to the general public during the summer. Frankly,...

Thanks for the feedback, Mark. We're always happy to have you, and thanks for the kind words about our beautiful lodge. Because we're such a large facility, we often have several groups of various sizes here at the same time. In light of this, we use reservations to try to avoid conflicts so that all of our guests can use...

We recently enjoyed there campsite. We specifically chose this location because of the amenities (water slide etc). Unfortunately we were not told that we needed to make a reservation 10 days in advance in order to use them. Although we were in constant contact and specifically stated that we would be coming to the location early on a Friday to...

I was notified by email that a church member won me a free stay here for pastor appreciation month through a contest. The place is incredible. The rooms are comfortable and welcoming. This is possibly one of the cleanest places my wife and I have ever stayed at. We enjoyed our balcony room. We pulled back the curtains and saw...

I know this was a while ago, but I thought it was important to touch base and say thanks, Jimmy! So glad to hear that you were able to get away and relax. While I can't take full credit for the deer, I'm happy that the room you watched them from was clean and comfortable. Also, I know a lot...

I know this was over six years ago, but I thought it was important to reach out and say how much I appreciate your kind words. We are lucky to be surrounded by such beautiful scenery, and a big part of our job is to make sure the inside matches the outside. It sounds like we pulled it off, and...

Date: October 9, 2008 Reviewer: B, Chattanooga, TN We recently attended a conference and stayed in the rooms (not the cabins), but the accomodations were quite comfortable. I read some of the previous reviews and didn't experience any of the problems stated. I think there has been some recent renovations as everything was fresh and clean. We enjoyed having the...

Even though this was a few years ago, I wanted to say how happy I am that you had such a good time. It's so important that our guests are able to enjoy the beautiful scenery surrounding us, and I'm glad that the room, the food, and the staff enhanced that experience for you. Sounds like the fish were biting,...
