We love staying at Cedar House Inn & Yurts. Fred and MaryBeth are always so welcoming and engaging, the house is cozy and relaxed and the breakfasts are top notch! Always vegetarian, but MaryBeth can also make excellent vegan and/or gluten-free meals should you require that. We always meet fun people and have great conversation at Cedar House! Only 15...

This was my first time at a B&B, and the bar has just been set very high. I was immediately impressed by the warmth and friendliness of MaryBeth and Fred. The Inn and grounds have an energy about them that makes you instantly feel at peace. The rooms are sized just right with a private bath and patio that is...

Once again we stayed at the Cedar House Inn. We just love the setting and grounds on the property. It is so relaxing to sit out in the screened in porch and listen to the rain fall. Fred and Mary Beth take such good care of us and the food is out of this world. We enjoyed hiking, trail running,...

We had planned a retreat for our wedding anniversary. The stay was not only comfortable and inviting, it felt like a home away from home. I would recommend it to anyone. We have stayed at luxury resorts to condos and villas. By far this is one of the best experiences. Waking to warm, delicious, farm-to-table cuisine hand-prepared was one of...

Mary Beth and Fred were the kindest, most gracious hosts at their adorable and impressive B&B. The grounds boast original and whimsical decorations and are well kept and prepared for all guests. Mary Beth's breakfasts and homemade snacks are scrumptious, and the vortex water is the purest and tastiest we've ever had. We loved their environmental-friendly attitude, and they were...

My partner and I, along with two of our friends, planned a trip to Dahlonega for some wine tastings and tours. Initially thinking we'd book a hotel, I'm VERY glad to have booked with Mary Beth and Fred instead! From the moment we walked in the door, we felt right at home and knew we'd be well taken care of....

My partner and I visited with another couple and had an amazing time. We were greeted with yummy chocolate cookies... and the rest of the stay was equally as terrific. One from each party had a birthday to celebrate, so our delicious vegan (and non-vegan) breakfast had a birthday candle in it. The hosts are so friendly and the property...

We just had a great overnight near Dahlonega, GA. The Inn is approx. 5 miles north of Dahlonega, GA and a very quiet setting with gardens all around. We stayed in one of the indoor rooms with A/C and also had a ceiling fan. The breakfast was awesome, and the inn keepers gave us a few choices and asked what...

My husband I loved our stay in the inn. We celebrated his birthday weekend there and it was perfect! The breakfast was delicious and our hosts (Mary Beth and Fred) were very accommodating. We would definitely recommend their unique inn if you are traveling to Dahlonega.

This review is long overdue! The owners, Mary Beth and Fred were so welcoming, friendly, and personable. Love that this place is LGBT-friendly. Went for our 2nd Anniversary trip. When my partner and I walked in, we were greeted by the owners, the smell of baking cookies and chai tea. We stayed in the Mountain Bluebird Room which gave us...
