We stayed here while in town to meet family. The room was a bit worn but very spacious and clean. Staff was amazing and took care of our every need. Provided breakfast was better than most fancy hotels. We will definitely stay here again.
Nice hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent, including the egg omelet. Has a nice heated indoor swimming pool and whirlpool. Probably the best hotel in the area, though the area has limited hotels. The price was excellent also.
While this may not be the nicest room in town it's hard to beat for the price. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and polite. They do provide a complimentary breakfast, not a gourmet...More
Stayed here while on a men's retreat. Lobby was comfortable and inviting. Rooms were clean. Each bed had 4 pillows which was very nice. They offer an heated indoor pool as well. It's close to down town and the Dillard House.
Love this hotel right in the heart of Dillard. Lots of shops and small restaurants within a mile or so.
The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We had a king room. The bed was very comfortable..but could use a thicker mattress pad.

Now that the hotel has changed names there may be a new policy. I do know that the Dillard House just down the road does have a very nice pet building. Each room has a front and rear entrance. The rear entrance opens to a large field very convenient to walking your dog. As for as the old Holiday Inn, I would spend the extra money for something nicer.
