I ended up having to travel on my second anniversary but was lucky enough to have Amy (the wife) travel with me. Also luck enough to be traveling to Cleveland, GA for business and Cleveland happens to be next to Helen, GA and Amy has been want to go there for a while. I looked at several B&B's and settled...

Still say this is the best breakfast in Helen. Awesome ladies run this B & B. Best mattress in room super comfortable. Great location as you don't have to pay the $5 parking since you can walk yet you still have peace and quiet since you are up the hill and across the river from the beer hall. Don't miss...

Room was ok. Hostesses were wonderful and very thoughtful. The breakfasts they created were delicious and filling. Great time with them. Room was small. Outdoor area was very inviting and comfortable.

My husband and I enjoyed our weekend stay. The owners were so kind and helpful. They even invited us to carve pumpkins with their family. We stayed in Melissa's room which was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious each morning. The only negative thing about our stay if you are in the shower and someone flushes a toilet you will...

Me and my wife had a very pleasant experience. While driving up the hill going to the B&B, I told my wife I didn't know whether I was in Bavaria, or Helen (she nudged me getting me back to reality;). Once inside, we were greeted by two very sweet ladies, that escorted us to our room. After settling in, they...

My husband and I just came back from spending the weekend here. I absolutely Loved it. When I first saw it, the German feel that I felt back when we lived in Germany, was back. This is a quant house at the top of a mountain overlooking the Festehaus and the River. The sounds of the river flowing were perfect....

Fantastic food, beautiful room and hosts that made us feel like they had known us all our lives. I highly recommend staying here if you are going to Helen Ga. With all the outstanding reviews we had to stay here. We have done the B&B thing several times in the US and in other countries. We like the great breakfasts....and the unique places.....such as an 1800s house in South Carolina...or old unique house in Europe. But this place was a house most likely built in the 1970s...maybe a little earlier...with...

Our recent stay was extremely pleasant but way too short, I could've stayed a week or more! Both Frankie and Barbara who run this hilltop bed and breakfast made us feel like family and the delicious breakfasts were as good as my grandmother would serve me,their recommendations on dining options in town and nearby attractions were very helpful and greatly...
