We stayed 1 night in this gorgeous hotel. The views and the venue are superb. The Staff is sweet but generally seem newly trained and quickly uncomfortable if you ask too many questions. The interiors are beautiful. Having said this, these are my comments: - 2 very long power cuts meant we were unable to take hot showers or do...

Spent to nights October 8-9,2016. Do not get disheartened by the entrance or road leading up to the lodge. The accomodation is beautiful. Staff was so attentive and kind. Nothing appears to be to much trouble. It would be great if they could get coffee making facilities in the rooms. Water pressure in the rooms are a bit of an...

As we came up to the hotel it looked closed - the entrance has probably never been finished when they build the place so it looks worn out. But as you get in to the reception area it looks much better. There are beautiful views from the hotel over the area. The rooms are nice and spacious - a bit...

Having been bumped of Gisakura Guesthouse at the last minute, we were transferred to Hill Top. Staff were welcoming and provided first class service. The units were spacious and of a high standard, with en suite bathrooms, a sitting room and a veranda. The food was very good, with adequate choice and variation over four nights. The situation was outstanding...

We were in Uganda-Congo-Rwanda for three weeks and spent our last night at Top View Hill Hotel. We wound up wishing we had several more. The room was beautiful--a full suite with a balcony overlooking the forest. The setting is gorgeous and the staff very nice and helpful. We had an excellent dinner at the restaurant and a really good...

Warm welcome, very friendly staff, exceptional view. Accomodation is a little old, but largely compensated for by the amazingly friendly and dedicated staff. We had a few little problems, but immediately taken care of by the hotel manager in person. The waiters are very funny en discrete. Daily a tasteful buffet for both lunch and diner. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. It’s one kilometre from the village of Gisakura, up a steep track which is easier in a 4WD. The reception area is a bit strange, and not altogether inviting, but the rooms are excellent. Each room is a separate chalet, a suite of bedroom, living room and bathroom, and there’s also a pleasant...

The original impression of the hotel is good, as it looks clean and has a nice view. This impression is spoilt though once you enter the hotel as it is cold and badly decorated. The steps to the top floor of the main building must have been designed for mountain climbers. The rooms are quite spacious but basically furnished and...

We stayed on 3rd of December towards the Christmas festival. I and my two friends were disappointed with the kind of treat at this Hotel. We were surprised to see the waiter presenting to us a Restaurant Voucher to pay for things we didnt consume. What happened is we were charged extra $10 for having used a glass that was...

We stayed at Nyungwe Top View Hotel on the 4th & 5th of June 2015. We had a wonderful stay, good breakfast, good rooms & location of the hotel standing at the stunning views angel of 360 degrees , some negative points to note which made our experience an unfortunate one: the road uphill close to the hotel is impassible...
