We booked through Booking.com when we were evacuated from Hurricane Matthew. It was literally the only hotel we could find - but we should have just slept in the car. Even though we had an email confirmation the manager claimed he didn't have any record of this and had no spare rooms. However we heard him telling people on the...

It was the only hotel with a room available,( we checked three others first) now I know why! I should have known when I walked in; I asked for room availability and price, the two men at the counter answered at one time but with different prices??no clock, no Kleenex, towels barely big enough to dry a plate, let alone my...

But, starting at 10:30pm my husband and I received three increasingly irate phone calls from a member of the hotel staff who claimed to need the security code off of our credit card for 'incidentals'. We had paid in full on our credit card at the front desk with our credit...

It seems to be improving. There was a coat of paint in the room and bathroom, but you could see the first coat clearly beneath. The room, carpet, bathroom, and linens were clean. The mattress was firm and felt great after traveling all day. It is not as great as some hotels, but people, come on. I paid $48.00. I...

Do Not Stay Here! It was completely disgusting. The photos we saw online were clearly taken at some other hotel. The only reason we booked this hotel was because it was in a good location for our trip and it said there was a breakfast included, which there wasn't. When we arrived the woman at the front desk was dying...
