We rejected the first room because of hygiene concerns. We lived with the replacement. The room was dated, seemed humid and not comfortable. Bird poo covered the ledges and walls of the building, visible from the room. The path to the guest parking at the back stink with food waste and stagnant liquid. Breakfast was not good

Huge room, decent, clean. Air conditioning not cold enough and very noisy. The noise will wake you up throughout the night. Water pressure very good. Ample car parking lots but if you park there overnight be prepare for all the birds dropping.

Filthy and smelly bathroom. No hand towel and no bath mat. Everything is old and dusty. Bathroom is clogged, sink cracked.

Pityful variety of food for breakfast.

Highly overpriced. Wouldn’t recommend it for anyone

I’ll start on a positive note. The staff were efficient. Bed was large and comfortable.
But this hotel is older than half of Malaysia’s population. The doors and walls were dirty. Water pressure was weak. Soundproofing was nonexistent. Carpets are from the 1940’s. Sometimes you need to flush the toilet thrice too.
Breakfast was simpler than my primary school canteen. Difficult to get a table even at 9:15am on a Saturday. Dreadful coffee too.
Parking can be a struggle if you’re back late.

This was a nice retreat from a big city hotel. Staff very helpful and great pool on top of hotel. Enjoyed the local street cuisine and coffee shops right across from hotel. Big tub in bathroom to soak in and relax then shower head to rinse. Good A/C !

Very pleasant hotel ... they gave me a room next to the lifts! There is a rooftop pool and lots of eating places around the hotel. The room was rather spacious and so was the toilet/bathroom. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Special thanks to the Front Desk staff especially Ms Pei Qi for their helpfulness.

We had a very good experience staying at this hotel, although its only for 1 night. Arrived and checked in during evening time. Next morning we had a delicious breakfast. This hotel was a bit old and needed some renovation but its fine.
