Response from LQ Customer Car... T, LQ Customer Care at La Quinta Inn & Suites RomeResponded 4 January 2018
Had a great stay. Room was nice and smelled fresh. The mattresses are real comfortable. Breakfast was good. Everything we needed for our stay. Couldn't ask for anything better. Would recommend this place to anyone

The whole experience from check-in to check-out was very professional. It is what one would envision being in the South. The breakfast selection was limited, and it was good food. Overall the hotel served it's purpose.

We were in a "family room with 2 Q beds" and we did have WIFI, cable, microwave, and fridge. What we did not care for was the hill we had to drive up - it was a killer, unless you enter and exit it on a very wide sweeping angle you will scrape badly. You can see deep gouges in the road bed. To make it (much) worse we have a 'lift' on the back of our car as we carry a 'mobility scooter' and we do NOT want that damage to our vehicle. It seems to us that it could be fixed if the City wanted to. We are going back to Rome this weekend and have selected another hotel - for less money.
