We enjoyed one of the simple, spacious and good-value rooms in the courtyard for our one-night visit. It was quiet and comfortable and the big shower was a bonus. The restaurant was closed on this Sunday evening but we enjoyed a very good breakfast the following morning served with style and finesse in the breakfast room adjoining the renowned restaurant...

Arrived on a fiercely hot day. 95 degrees. Lovely welcome at reception. Given towels to use at swimming pool. A beer was brought to us at the table on the terrace outside our room. Nothing too much trouble. A good meal in the evening with the most delicious Agen prunes.

This is one of my favourite places I have ever stayed in. The accommodation was excellent with a great walk in shower. The food was superb both dinner and breakfast-we were on demi pension which made this a great deal and the choice of the menu was excellent and varied. The breakfast buffet was delightful with a great coffee machine...

Small room with twin beds on the ground floor. Good wifi but somewhat dark room. Bathroom was designed for use by the handicapped and had an annoying motion detector activated lighting. In addition the shower was completely open and water easily flooded the room. The lone window opened and a mosquito came in Low outdoor noise level during the night...

This is the second time I have stayed at Le Prince Noir and, as before, it was excellent. The staff, the location, the food were wonderful. Whilst they have a car park outside the gates they told me to bring my motorcycle inside if I felt more comfortable. The room was great, spacious with a large ensuite. I would go...

We had stayed at Le Prince Noir some years ago and returned for a Sunday lunch. We lunched on the terrace in the sunshine under parasols. The meal was excellent and the service good. My wife's beef was a little overlooked against what she had asked for but the children's menu was a three course meal, all well cooked.

Sitting in the garden with an impeccably served aperitif was the opener to our best overnight stay in years. A beautiful building, dining outside from a sensibly priced menu served by a keen but discreet staff was just wonderful. Le Prince Noir is a four star experience. Don't miss it.

A lovely setting with outdoor seating to dine, rose gardens and even tennis, but I was drawn to this area to meet Chef Kate Hill of nearby Kitchen at Camont, only 2 kilometers away. Hotel staff were very nice, carrying my bag up the stairs, and my room was spacious, bathroom included bidet. But the walls are thin so I...

We stayed here on our trip down to The Med on our bikes. We had a welcome bar on arrival and met friends who eventually stayed at the hotel as well. The rooms were OK ... Not amazing but functional and clean. The restaurant was very nice offering seasonal French food which was excellently prepared (albeit my snail eating friends...
