We stayed here this past weekend on a quail hunting trip. Our first greeting by the proprietor, Helen, was "do you need ice or just glasses?' as she noticed the top shelf bottle of bourbon I was carrying as we entered the house for the first time. She was such a delight to stay with! We were waited on hand...

We rented out the bed and breakfast for graduation weekend and it was wonderful! The owner Helen is very accommodating and had every detail executed perfectly. We rented the room Friday - Sunday and enjoyed the wonderful breakfast each day with our whole family. Helen catered a sit down lunch for family following graduation and a open house following that...

We have stayed at Georgia's B&B several times now and love it. It's a beautiful and historic federal style home. Clean and comfortable bedrooms, you'll awake to the smell of homemade breakfast and fresh coffee brewing. Helen is welcoming, very accommodating and a wonderful cook! Eager to please her guests. Sit and chat for a spell and you'll learn some...

What a wonderful and charming house, and Ms. Helen is a treasure! The room was very comfortable and she even had a full cabinet of toiletry items if you forgot something. The two breakfasts were simply outstanding! Sit and chat a while with Ms. Helen and your stay will be even more enjoyable! Bypass the hotels and stay in, and...

Helen, the owner and operator is a sweetheart. She is caring and really gives you southern hospitality. She is very accommodating in every way. Breakfast is included that she cooks herself. There is a small dog but it is quiet and friendly. If you want a personal touch to your stay in Statesboro I would recommend this place over a...

Great place stay! I've stayed here multiple times and it's a great change from normal chain hotels. It is nice, clean and great food! Helen is a true southern charm and very welcoming. Rooms are decorated nice and saw people use the back deck to sit and relax and visit. The first time I stayed, she told my daughter, if...

Helen -- the owner/host/housekeeper/cook -- and her dog Wookie make visitors feel right at home. Her historic Federal-style home's rooms all have period furnishings; decorative appointments are authentic; comfortable beds; snacks available anytime; and sumptuous breakfasts cooked to order with attention to special dietary needs of guests. Helen has a wealth of information about the local area to share. ---...

An absolutely delightful place to stay when you're in Statesboro--we won't stay any place else unless she's full up! The rooms a beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds, all the amenities of a hotel chain with the luxury and comfort of home. Helen is a gracious and lovely host who is also an exceptional cook. Instead of pre-packaged, frozen breakfast, you'll...

This is a taste of southern hospitality at it's finest! We were there for a business/campaign trip, but it was also Family Weekend at Georgia Southern University. When I called to inquire about a room, we were offered the owners own room as she had been booked for over a year ... what a generous offer. Our hostess was wonderful...
