The people who own can't hardly speak English and got hung up on because they didn't understand me. The up side is the lady and gentlemen that work there cleaning were fantastic people and we very helpful. When we got there early, which was already discussed with owner our room was not ready, they stopped cleaning another room and apologized...

My husband, 2 kids, and I stayed here for one night. This hotel is good for the price. The room is clean and nice. Grocery store near by (walking distance). Ice machine needs work. It doesn't make a lot of ice, about 1/4 of a bucket worth. Overall satisfied with hotel. Only problem is a personal one, we weren't able...

This was the worst experience ever!!! Got two rooms to find out there were no blankets for the beds and one sheet on the beds to cover them. Let me remind you that is was in the 40s and no heat was turned on in the rooms. After looking the room over, we started to see that the rooms haven't...

This place has cockroaches all over the place. We had killed about 10 cockroaches on the wall in the bathroom and was afraid to go to sleep at night. Beware of this place as it is owned by people who does not know there are cockroaches but there are Roach proof traps in the rooms. The rooms are painted and...

I was not expecting a lot, but even what was advertised did not work. The Wi-Fi would not connect, the only tv station that came in clearly was FOX (all others were static) - and these were issues that I did not expect the front desk to be able to do anything about. So I read and went to bed...

First of all, this is a small town. . .off the beaten path. Out of all the hotels in the city, it's your best choice. The rate was affordable, especially for what you get. The staff obviously lives on site, so they are the ones available all the time, but they aren't very friendly if it's early in the morning...

We have just stayed here for 2 nights to attend the Finster Festival over 8-9 June and found it to be perfect for our needs. The staff were very pleasant, personable and busy in servicing the rooms. The rooms and bedding were very clean on arrival and comfortable in every way with very effective wi-fi and air-conditioning which was blissful...

We stayed at the Coach Inn while in Summerville for a meeting. Check-in was a problem due to the fact the the person we had spoken with on the phone had not written down our reservation. After much searching for our information and credit card number the staff had to start all over again! Fortunately there was a room available...

We had a wonderful stay here! To be quite honest, the room rate was so inexpensive I became skeptical prior to arrival but we kept the reservation based on location. Oh-boy, was I surprised - and delighted! The hotel had been recently renovated and was extremely clean. The owner was there when we checked in and let us see several...
