I had asked those questions that was posted on here before my trip and I have to say that I am SO glad I DID NOT listen to all the negative reviews to help me make my decision about staying here! It was very clean, private, and safe! The owner Helen even came by our room to make sure we didn't need anything! So glad we stayed at the 17th street inn!
