Loved it

Stayed here for 4 nights in July 2018. We prefer to stay on the Lido away from the bustle and making the heat more tolerable here than just across the water. It's only 10 minutes by vaporetto to St Marks Square and it's great 'arriving' in Venice every time you take the boat.…

Hi, is it possible to use the swimming pool, is there an additional fee that needs to be paid for the usage of the pool

When we were there, the pool was ready to use and I think for free, they did not mention a fee or whatever. But then again, you'd better go to the beach, an approximate 5 min walk!

Where is your private beach

The hotel doesn’t have a private beach. There is a public beach, about a five minute walk from hotel.

Which direction do we walk with our bags from the Vaporetto to the hotel? We’re arriving via the Vaporetto at Piazelle Roma. Is there a fast Vaporetto number boat we can take that doesn’t stop as much? Thank you!

When you arrive on Lido from the Vaporetto the street stretching out straight ahead of you is Gran Viale Santa Maria Elisabetta, and the hotel is on that street - on the right-hand side. Not even a ten minute walk. The quicker Vaporetto to get from there to Lido is, I think, the 5.2. The 1 is a little slower but passes all the sights!

Hi I am staying here in a suite on 30th- 3rd July and enquiring do the rooms have hairdryers? Also an iron?

There is a hairdryer in the room , an Iron i did not see but all staff is superfriendly so just ask them . Have a great stay !

Hi, we are looking to book a room between 7th July and departing on the 12th July 2018 (2 people sharing), you only appear to have suites available on your Hotel Website. Do you have any "Classic Comfort" rooms available? We have looked on trip advisor for availability, they show "Comfort" rooms available, but do not state if they have a terrace or the room size. Dear Darren, Comfort room is 19 sqm but it doesn't have a terrace. Anyway, unfortunately for that days we sold out. We sold the last Suite yesterday, and we do not have any other rooms available. For any other request do not hesitate to contact us. Best regards, Grande Albergo Ausonia & Hungaria
