The staff was friendly and the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I wish the restaurant had been open, but there were snacks available as well as a limited continental breakfast. The only real issue I had was cell service. Over all, I would recommend.

When we arrive there was no tv working so they gave us 10% off, the discount is the only reason I would give even one star. I stayed in Cabin 6 and it was dusty, there were cobwebs on the bathroom door that I had to actually take down to walk through it. The door stuck badly and almost couldn't...

Was typical KOA campground but had lots of trees and areas for kids to play. Swimming pool was nice if you didn't mind sharing it with many children (we didn't). Couldn't understand why, when there were several spaces available, that they put someone "butt up" to us...our large window in back was the view of the end of another RV....

I have been coming here every year for 10 years with a group in early May. In that time this property has been through 3 owners. The new owners are steadily making improvements. The property was in rough shape when the newest owners came in so don't expect miracles. Rooms are dated but clean and comfortable. They have been working...

We were with a large group. This is a definitely a rustic place but the rooms were clean and I liked the back lawn and tree area. I don't think I would like to stay in the front 2 story building. The management was very helpful and gave us a large meeting area where we could cook for the group.

Compared to other KOA's, this one is poorly maintained and the campground store very sparse. Like many in the region, it appears to cater to itinerant workers more than vacationers. Right on the highway. The staff were very helpful in giving me advice on skirting the wildfires on my way west.

My wife and I tent camped here on our way to Sturgis motorcycle rally. The temperature was 104 and we were given a site with little shelter. If it wasn't for their nice clean cold pool we would have been miserable. The entire camp area is pretty worn out. Be careful not to walk around barefoot because most of the...

We had a large group of about 30+ stay here. The rooms are quite large. This place serves both as a motel and as a KOA. Lots of trees, dining room, outdoor pool (unheated). It was simple and clean and would stay again. It is located across the road from The Heart of the Monster, which is sacred to the...

My review is based on fall hunting only. My friends and i rented a cabin that worked out perfect for what we needed. The cabin had a small stove, coffee pot, and a shower. The resort also had a restaurant that made it great when getting back from hunting and not wanting to cook, Just eat and sleep. I would...
