We checked in fine and the receptionist was polite. The room is clean and fine. The refrigerator was turned off, so it took some effort to trace the wiring in order to switch the power on. Then minutes were spent trying to connect to the three WiFi SSID. None worked. After checking again all three in the lobby and still...

Thanks for letting us know about the Wifi. We understand that having wireless internet is vital to guest's having a relaxing and enjoyable stay, therefore we need to make it a priority that it works ALL THE TIME.

Very nice property backed into the soil hill. Nice walking path just outside the back door of the motel. The room was nice, beds comfortable, and it was clean. But -- and this is a big but -- the common areas of the hotel are really rundown and dirty, Stained hallway carpeting, dings in the walls, etc. The pool and...

We happened to stay on a busy weekend, so the rate was high. $80 would have been more accurate, but we paid close to $200. The room was clean though. Lots of people, but still quiet. Typical hotel breakfast.

Great discount as a result of staying there while picking up a truck at Dave Smith Motors. Friendly staff including a welcoming note from housekeeping. Clean and a really good bed. Air conditioning so good I had to turn it off in the middle of the night. Would stay again.

We stayed here 4 nights while we rode our mountain bikes around the area. The price of the hotel was half the price of the very nearby Silver Mountain Resort from what I was told by another guest. The receptionist on the day of arrival was probably the friendliest of the entire trip. Now I don't need people to fall...

Was quoted a rate from this hotel then charged almost double. We stayed 8 nights. We were not in the hotel much as we have relatives in town. Second or Third night toilet overflow in the middle of the night (clean water) because the toilet malfunctioned and the water refill never stopped the water (this happened during the middle of...

I would definitely plan on driving further and avoid staying there again. While the room we stayed in was quite small, it was clean and comfortable, the facility itself is in need of serious renovation. The television in our room didn't work and when I called the from desk the person on duty made no effort to even act like...

Thank you for letting us know about your stay. The television is connected to the power strip that is usually turned off to converse energy with the refrigerator and microwave. it sounds like we have an agent with an indifferent attitude that needs to be corrected and trained. The facility has been remodeled within the last four years.

We came into town on business to buy a truck from Dave Smith Motors. We are thankful that the hotel offered a great discount for being Dave Smith Customers. Unfortunately for us a very large and loud family was checking in and no effort was made to control them. Loud as in, their kids were setting off fire crackers in...

This is by far our hotel of choice when visiting the Silver Valley. Friendly staff, super great beds and nice breakfast spread. Especially like the blueberry and chocolate chips that was an added surprise for the kids. Only suggestion would be to put out ice water to encourage good hydration. Oh and thank you Danelle for the special welcome note...

We paid $140.00 for a Saturday night stay and basically feel totally ripped-off and taken advantage of. This place is awful, disgustingly dirty, it should be half this price, at best! There's too much wrong with this place to even know where to begin. We liken it to a BUDGET MOTEL that needs much TLC. Our best advice is to...
