I have been meaning to check out McCall for years and always had my sights set on the Scandia, as it appears cozy in the photos and has a great price. I finally made it through this summer, and got a great deal at about $70 for a room by myself. I took the end unit room, which unfortunately is...

Love, love our room. We stayed in room G which is moose themed, so much character in this room, which I appreciate. The onsite managers are awesome, very welcoming and polite. Definitely check out their website, one would appreciate the history provided. Not to mention the rates were most reasonable, $90 compared to $140 across the street for the same...

I wasn't expecting much from this place based on photos etc. What a wonderful surprise!! It was our favorite of the nine places we stayed on our vacation and the best value for our dollar. It was close to town, the bed was very comfortable and the room is nicely furnished..great ambiance! They even have good outside seating and is...

We have stayed at this motel several times in past years, and it continues to be on our list for a quick overnight in McCall. It is a basic motel, no pool, no breakfast. However, some nice touches: little microwave and fridge in each room, large portable fan (no A/C but the fan works fine in McCall to keep you...

Simple, comfortable, clean, well-maintained motel. No frills: no breakfast, no swimming pool, tiny piece of soap in the bathroom! But cared for by a family who are proud of their establishment. Comfortable beds, free wi fi, flat screen T.V., quiet at night.

We had stayed at this motel before a few years ago while on the annual Wild Hogs ride with three of my buddies. It was a good spot then and is biker friendly. They provide rags to use to wipe down your bike. This is really a "no frills" kind of place but the beds were comfortable and the price...

Stayed one night in June. Room was basic, as expected, but there were some nice touches. Note, no air conditioning, but since McCall is at altitude its rarely needed. Also, there are many tall trees surrounding the hotel, so it is most often in the shade. Convenient walking distance to DT McCall. Room was very clean and the furnishings in...

Tripadvisor has the Scandia Inn listed as a B & B. It isn't. It is actually a small family run motel. The property is an older one but it is clean, quiet and has reasonable rates. It doesn't have the amenities of larger places (pool, continental breakfast etc.) but the lower prices reflect this. If you are looking for a...

Friends recommended the Scandia so gave it a try. The location is beautiful, a nicely wooded area. Our room was large with very comfortable beds. Everything was spotless! We could not hear our neighbors and the room was nice and dark. Nice bathroom, but there are no blow dryers. Be sure to bring your own! We will return! Great place,...
