Reading my other reviews you know I am a big HIE believer-- but on our 2 week trip this place was our worst experience. In fact, having used HIE across the country I would say this is the worst we have come across. I am sure the hotel will respond in the negative, but all I can say is for...

We stopped here on our way to and from Yellowstone. We checked in tired after long drives and were greeted with a smile. Morning breakfast had an extremely wide variety of menu choices, including eggs, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls, fresh fruit, juices, granola and a couple other cereals, yogurt, etc. I would definitely be willing to stay again!

The hotel was clean, bed was super comfortable. lights out.....zzzzzzzzzz After a great night of sleep, took a nice hot shower (love the new line of soaps and shampoos) and a typical good breakfast.....we were ready for another day on the road!

The room suite was nicely appointed. The gym looked like it was all new equipment, well maintained and clean. The staff was very friendly and very attentive to all our request. I would recommend this location.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the last few years. Great location. Close to several restaurants and shopping. We were able to watch the fireworks from our window. Rooms are clean, breakfast was good and staff is friendly and helpful.

Stayed 2 nights as part of a road trip from Los Angeles to Las Vegas, via Seattle. Plenty of free parking. Friendly staff. Room, small suite with microwave, fridge and sink. Small lounge area, overall good size, clean and tidy, light and airy. Flat screen TV with many channels. Wi-Fi could be better, fluctuating speeds around. 7.20/1.50 mbps (atom notebook)....

I feel badly I don't remember her name, but the gal who checked us in on June 22nd was fantastic! She nailed it from the moment we walked in the door. Lovely, clean, comfortable and perfectly located for dining, shopping, base jumping from the Perrine Bridge and the magnificent Shoshone Falls.

There is no trailer parking on site. Check in was quick. They had good mints at the check in counter. They only had one elevator. A second elevator would be nice. The hallway carpets were clean. The bed had a facial tissue between the sheets. It appeared it had been washed and the housekeeping didn't catch it. That and some...

Great Staff and the room was excellent. Breakfast was the same as the day before with scrambled eggs, bacon, turkey sausage and biscuits/gravy. No changes at Holiday Inn Express but OK and again we went out for breakfast. Good stop but getting expensive for what we get.

Thank you for staying with us recently. I don't know why the breakfast selection was the same for 2 days in a row as our menu changes daily, but there may have been a situation where we had to make an exception. We hope you will come back next time you are in Twin Falls as we would love to...
