this place far from the city of kuala terengganu,it takes one hours. Penarik beach just in front of this resort. It really suitable for honeymoon couple or stress free.they offer welcoming drinks and fruits. Staff very friendly. Inside deluxe room, no television and phone, just simple traditional decoration. Coverage internet so far so good if you using Celcom data. Wifi not...

I have been frequenting Terrapuri for a few times already, fallen in love with it. The villas and its surrounding area are gated and secure, plenty of greens everywhere and the architecture is simply breathtaking. The beach is very private due to its location, quite far away from nearest village. Great old wooden villas, prefectly restored with modern baths. Each...

We spent 2 nights here and liked it more the longer we stayed. By staying here you are staying in a piece of history, with each house individually and beautifully built. You need to accept that you are paying a high price for this, not for luxury service. The rooms are fabulous with amazing bathrooms with wooden bath tubs and...

Terrapuri prides itself as a heritage village, and not a 5-star hotel. That is absolutely key in deciding whether it suits you. Its beautifully restored houses are aesthetically very pleasing. In most of their 20+ units, the crux of the building (ie, the bedroom) has been restored from recovered house parts from all over Terengganu, and are more than 150...

We enjoyed ourselves very much during our one night stay at Terrapuri. Alex and Azlinda went the extra miles to introduce us to local food and culture. There was a TV crew filming a gasing practice session in a nearby village. Alex and Azlinda invited us to join in, and explained to us in details about the traditional Malay sport....

I've been to many beaches in Malaysia, say from some islands, or from the peninsula of West Malaysia. I can't find such a clean; beautiful white beach in front of Terrapuri anywhere else in West Malaysia. Although some might say Kemasik Beach is the best, but from my own opinion, they can't even compare it with Penarik beach. The hotel...

Khim, from Australia and I had a great and enjoyable time during our stay at the Terrapuri Heritage Village. We took return flight from KL. Wonderful experience staying in such a spectacular Executive Villa, which was of 150 years and restored. The ambience of the place, a true Heritage Village by itself, with unique and beautiful Traditional Architectural Villas and...

After nearly 5 years, I had a chance to revisit Terrapuri Heritage Village. But this time as a solo traveller. From 7 units, now the resort has 20+ villas. Despite the increase in the number, the tranquility and serenity of the place remain the same. Unlike some other resorts which run down after number of years in service, this resort...

The place is great, the people very friendly, a great experience for experiencing Malay culture and Malaysia. I would suggest to you to rent a car. The only issue is that if you are a person that relies on internet a lot then you will be disappointed. There is practically no land-line and the cellular network is not great. I...
