We had a very relaxing three days, after two months in South America, with Victor and Blandine. Nothing was too much trouble for Victor who drove us to the shops, and to meet our bus and proudly showed us some local sights. Both he and Blandine were very friendly, helpful and generous but perhaps a little overattentive when we just...

We loved staying at Pueu Village - Victor and Blandine are always helping you out, trying to see if there is anything else you need! Of course in a place like this you don't really need anything except to chill out! If you are looking to relax from a busy schedule back home, wherever that is; this is definately worth...

Blandine and Victor were very welcoming and accomodating - from taxi, tour guide, home cooked meals, laundry, nothing was any bother. I enjoyed using their paddle board in the lagoon in front of the property. I would recommend hiring a car - I don't enjoy driving on the right side of the road. I used local buses and my hosts...

We only stayed for 2 nights but we arrived in Papeete at 5am so after an hours drive in a rental car we were at Pueu Village where Victor and Blandine welcomed us warmly. The bungalow was really cute and it was nice we could open it all up and let the breeze through. The kids loved the little pond...

A Pueu village House in Tahiti Iti is ideal for relaxing and working holidays. There is no beach, but you can swim in deep water in front of bungalows. Rent a car is necessary, because there are no restaurants, bars or shops in the village. But if you are traveler and you want to organize activities and trips in your...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
We are a Tahitian family. We will be happy to welcome you to TAHITI and to be of any help we can. You can experience the authentic Polynesian lifestyle in relaxing surroundings. We are less than one hour from FAAA airport. PUEU VLLAGE is located on the northern coast, in the peninsula of Tahiti iti, in a small bay, sheltered by a reef. Here is its position: latitude: 17 ° 44'15 .18 "S, longitude 149 ° 13'31 .28" O. It is nestled in a lush tropical vegetation in a protected from the prevailing winds that blow in a southeasterly direction handle. So we are protected from the prevailing winds. Our lagoon, due to its position, stays calm and is ideal for swimming, snorkelling and sea kayaking. The bungalows are built at a very short distance from the lagoon, only ten meters from the sea. There is easy access to PUEU VLLAGE by road or by boat. The bus stops at the request in front of the guesthouse. Our guest house and chalets are perfectly located to explore all the spots of this beautiful island. There are good restaurants, snacks and supermarkets in the area. Iti Diving, equestrian center Rauvau, and Musee Gauguin (The Gauguin Museum) are a 15-minute drive away. Lavatubes of Hitia'a and Golf Atimaono are 30 minutes drive away. The Marae Arahurahu and transverse road Papenoo are 40 minutes drive away. The inaccessible area of Te Pari Cave Vaipoiri is a 40-minute speed boat. We look forward to seeing you soon. ... more   less
