Very average property. I was disappointed as the pictures show a much nicer property. Room was dated, noisy HVAC, bathroom was dirty, sheets were old. Room felt like a motel room. I heard some other floors were upgraded but cannot confirm. I had chosen the 24th floor on the Hilton app and had I confirmed. When I got to hotel they had changed me to 728. Fine for 1 night but I’d not return to this property. This was the worst Homewood or Hampton in room I’ve stayed in.

Hotel's Favourite
We were looking for a hotel near to our son's apartment in West Town, and settled on this one. Very large, well-appointed suite. We had the king suite, and it was very well done, modern, clean, lots of light in the vanity area, which is separate from the tub and toilet. Bed was nice and firm, windows are floor to ceiling so great view (we were on the 16th floor). Very quiet and perfect for our needs. We had just driven from LA to Chicago and really needed a comfortable, relaxing evening.

Basic facility, clean, comfortable and large bed, rooms have a bathtub with a showering (but not flexible) option. Breakfast is included but very minimal. Service is ok but don’t expect huge proactivity. The company booked so not sure they are better solutions in the area for the same price

The room was as expected but the parking situation was what makes this rating so low. When looking for a hotel this facility guaranteed onsite parking. When we arrived we found the parking lot full, luckily a car left and we got a spot. The cars behind us were not as lucky. The following day we left for the evening in the car and when leaving we asked the parking attendant if we would have a spot when we returned. He said yes there would be a spot. Well when we returned at 12:30am the lot was full. We asked the parking attendant where to park and his respond was ‘there are a few lots in the area’ and that was it. After driving around I called the front desk who then told us they could remove one night of parking from our bill if we would like. Of course remove the charge considering we were unable to use the parking garage. We ended up finding a parking garage several blocks away. So as two young females we were walking several blocks in an unknown city back to our hotel at 1am not feeling safe. The ONLY reason we chose this hotel was because of the Guaranteed on-site parking. When booking the hotel the website and person on the phone should info all customers that parking is extremely limited! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for this reason.

This hotel was a bit of a departure for me. It is a Hampton Inn and Homewood suites in one building. The lobby is on the 4th floor and there is a small convenience store in the lobby. I had a King room that had a small kitchenette, sofa, and bed. The bathroom only has a shower and was modern. There was one TV that rotated to face either side of the room. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was pretty crowded while I was there. The room I had came with breakfast and the food assortment was ok, nothing outstanding but enough to cover most breakfast needs.

Booked this hotel as it was within a reasonable district of an event in Fulton Market. If you get there early, parking is inexpensive otherwise it's around $58! The location isn't fair from food, shopping and sites. The staff were very pleasant and the room was great. I stayed on the 23rd floor and there wasn't too much mechanical noise, street noise or noise from nearby rooms. The hot breakfast included biscuits, sausage gravy, sausage links and french and the whole cold items of fruit, juice and cereal. The suite had a kitchenette and it was nice. I prepared dinner and had pretty much everything I needed. The room was clean, comfy and again good views! I'd definitely stay again, book early for a decent rate and checkout parking in the area.

I ordered the beer can chicken, Caesar salad and wings. Food was still hot when it arrived. It was well packaged. All three food items were very good especially the beer can chicken. Better than expected, especially since it came from a steak house. The delivery woman was prompt and very nice

This is one of the Hilton hotels where half is a Hampton & half is a Homewood Suites. We stayed in the Suites side and as others have noted, the rooms are significantly smaller than what you would expected from a Homewood. However it's worth noting that I've stayed in plenty of downtown suites that were also on the cramped side. For the two of us - it was just fine. It is walking to distance to restaurant row in the West Loop and that is why we picked it. Clean. Comfortable and a fantastic location for a weekend in the city.

We are Hilton Honors members and I booked this hotel and was sent an email that said "Check in online and skip the front desk". It said you can get a digital key and just bypass the front desk. So I took the time to check in online, select a room and that I wanted a digital key. When we checked in, we still had to go to the front desk, give them a credit card and she gave us room keys and a different room than the one we selected. I don't understand Hilton and their online app. They market it as "skip the front desk" but then they don't let you do this. And especially in the age of Covid, I don't understand why we couldn't have a contactless check in. So, although the property itself is great, I'm giving it only 3 stars for the bait and switch on Hilton's part about contactless check in. ALSO: note - there is no housekeeping unless you stay 7 or more days! We couldn't believe it. They said because of Covid.
