Perfect location in downtown Chicago. Clean and classy boutique hotel with super comfortable bed, lovely decor and all facilities you could ask for literally. Staff could not do enough and were so charming. Wine hour and coffee hour every day - how clever. Lent mea wheelchair as I had broken some toes. Lovely views of river from 12th floor. Parking...

An outstanding value for such a centrally located, well staffed and well maintained hotel. Our family had a double queen room on an upper floor and were very impressed with the room and furnishings. The room had unusually deep windows that provided a very special reading area we fell in love with - only during daylight hours, of course. Service...

Stayed for a night and loved this hotel. Loved the window seating and we had a great view of the city. Lots of places within walking distance. Easy to get to. Staff was very friendly. Only wish they had a better late night room service menu, but that's my only complaint. We will be staying here again.

This is a fabulous hotel in a great location! They greeted us each time we returned from our day, and I appreciated the extras (WIFI, birthday treat, coffee in the morning, and fresh water all day, plus the little wine tasting at 5.) We had a spacious double room with views of the river. The window seats were delightful and...

Perfect location to walk to everything you can see or do in 3 days! The room was larger than the pictures for a Double Queen Riverview appear online. Go for a higher floor. The window seat was perfect to enjoy the view. Join the member rewards for free wi-fi and ask for a goldfish to stay with you! Nice surprise...

This was a wonderful place to stay! Great location -- close to everything! Just a couple of blocks to Michigan Ave and wonderful shopping and the river walk for a walk/run, and a couple of blocks to Millenium Park. The restaurant had great food and it wasn't too expensive but so close to so many good restaurants too (Giordano's, ghiardelli...

We had a great 5 day stay at Hotel Monaco. The location is wonderful. Easy access to Millennium Park, theaters, shopping (both Michigan Ave., and the less expensive State St. shops), tons of restaurants, river walk, and the L. The staff is very accommodating and our room had a window seat with a great view of the river. The decor...

Good location, in the heart of the Loop. Pleasant atmosphere, good service but no power adapter at the reception (we were recommended to buy one in the corner shop, so the service a bit limited for a hotel claiming to luxury). No centralized lighting in the rooms.

Jo R - Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're happy that overall you felt the atmosphere was pleasant and our staff helpful. We do have a fair amount of adapters available at the desk, however during your visit we had two large international groups in (you may have been part of one of them), so...

I had a room overlooking the street and it was so lovely. It had a little alcove with a twin size mattress and you could read or watch TV feeling like you were out over the street. The room was a nice size, bed very comfortable, nice bathroom and gracious staff. I would definitely stay here again in fact, did...

We had a great time at Hotel Monaco. I loved the window benches and large shower in the corner suites. The hotel, service, and city were all amazing. Definitely check out Eataly while in town. I look forward to the next Chicago trip.
