Very helpful staff. At checkin moved us to a larger better room for our family at no extra cost! Room was perfect for us. Location is close to everything in the loop. Loved the historic nature of the hotel.

Stayed at the Palmer House Hilton and was very delighted with the architecture of the building on the inside. The hotel is very well maintained and just makes you feel the yesterday of Chicago as well as the presents of today Chicago. The rooms are go size and the hallways hold picture of the past of the hotel. The staff...

From check in to leaving we had an easy comfortable stay. Got in after a long day of travel and front desk staff were very busy and made a long line move quickly. Room was small but accommodations were excellent. Very comfortable bed.

Recently took the family for the night when seeing Hamilton and secured 2 rooms. One for my sons and one for my wife and I. My sons were upgraded to a large suite (thank you and had an enjoyable night. We on the other hand ended up in room 18-276 and had the pleasure of listening to the elevator cables...

Their staff are wonderful and always go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your stay. Executive level is worth the extra cost. Breakfast in the morning and heavy hors d'oeuvres in the evening. Location is easy to get to on the Orange line from Midway. Shopping is a short stroll away as is the night life.

We went for the Thanksgiving parade because my daughter's HS marching band was a participant. The location was ideal for close walking distance to the bean and of course right in a shopping district. We too the subway from right outside our hotel and found great restaurants in the area too. The rooms were very pretty.

We stayed at this hotel late October for a wedding in their hall. OMG. Amazing location and nice rooms. The lobby it's so beautiful and at one point you think you're inside a church somewhere in Europe. The restaurant inside Lockwood has great food and you don't need to go somewhere else to eat. Looking to go back in Spring

This hotel is a classic. The lobby, the bar area, as well as the conference rooms are absolutely beautiful!! However, the rooms had issues. My room was very small. The bathroom was tight. The bathroom door was coming apart at the bottom. There are some things they could repair or replace. With all the restaurants in the area and in...

I have stayed at Palmer House quite a few times and always really enjoy my stay. The rooms are great and they do a wonderful job of upgrading Diamond members. You also get a card for 20% off a spa treatment, which I certainly recommend that you put to use! If you are in town for pleasure, just note that...

Hotel came highly recommended and it still exceeded expectations. From the very attentive and helpful staff to the classic ambiance of the hotel the entire stay was a special experience. One night we walked around to check out some of the ballrooms which were easily accessed where we could imagine what it must have been like when large parties were...
