This hotel is in a great location and has nice views from the windows! It is with in walking distance to many things. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable. The only bad thing Is no free wifi but other than that it is a very nice hotel.

Nice friendly hotel with comfortable beds and decent food the only issue is that the internet connection can be iffy, increasingly common in a lot of hotels for some reason. Generally very pleased with the experience and would stay there again. This was a business meeting and the business venue was very nice and the food was better than most.

Yes, nice hotel but first thing is the crazy elevator system. It is distinctive but a little confusing for every guest staying there. By the end of the stay we got the hang of it. Its location is convenient to Millennium Park although it can seem far after a day walking and shopping on N Michigan Ave. The front desk...

Dear Carlos, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay at our hotel. Our guests often share your sentiments regarding the food and cocktails in Amuse, and it was nice to know you found our location to be convenient. I do hope that we were able to place the Keurig machine in your room once you noticed its absence,...

Crap....check in staff were rude and disinterested. No sign of tea in rooms and no sign of anyone to helping you. Constant queueing in the lobby to get help from front desk sick of constantly asking for tea to just get a decent cup.

The location of this hotel was excellent and so was the view from the 36th floor. The staff was friendly and helpful and checking in and out was a breeze, especially if you join the Swissotel Circle, which allows you to set up a profile via their website. My flight took off at 7:40am and I was able to check...

Nice hotel, but nothing truely noteworthy or spectacular. The room was clean and comfortable, but a bit odd in shape (especially the bathroom). I'll return if another conference is hosted here, but otherwise won't hunt it out as there are better in the area. Location near the Riverwalk was appreciated for a quick midday walk to get some fresh air.
