Everything is old in this hotel starting from furniture and amenities, but the charges are as is like a 5* hotel. Management should consider a refurbishment and revise charges if plan to continue.....More

We won a stay at the swissotel in a raffle for two nights were were in a twin room which was very spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. In a good location so you can walk to the pier and a lovely canal walk

As far as I know, all guests can use the pool, etc. We have stayed there many times and you just take the elevator to the top floor and get off. Its for everyone. We stayed there last summer and it was still the same policy.
