First time in a hostel and it was a great experience; won't hesitate to book here again if I need to stay in downtown Chicago. The location was perfect since I needed to conduct business in downtown and did not want to be hassled with...More

I have had some bad hostel experiences so I was a bit wary but this place was great. The staff was incredibly nice, the building modern and clean, the rooms quiet and beds comfortable. I brought all my stuff for pillows and towels but they...More

Its likely the cleanest Hostel one will ever encounter. It's location is Prime, some people would say unbelievable - convenient to Michigan Ave., the subway, Commuter lines, Union Station, The Art Institute, Symphony Hall, etc., etc. It's also well laid out & managed.

I have stayed at this hostel twice and highly recommend it. The location is excellent--blocks from Millennium Park and the Art Institute. The property itself is also very nice, with tons of space. There are two primary common areas: one in the reception area main...More

There are private rooms, but I didn't stay in one, so I'm not sure if it is still a shared bathroom. There are shared bathrooms for each area of suites, so it is just across the hall and not a lot of people using each one.
