This was our 3rd year in a row spending Spring Break/Easter at FS Chicago. We had our usual 2 Lake View Executive Suites. 3803 and 3801 Unfortunately, we had many issues with 3801...leak in bathroom, broken TV, bloody stain on wall, safe malfunctioning. The hotel fixed everything but it still put a damper on our trip dealing with staff coming...

Visited Chicago for a business conference. Ran into scheduling conflicts and ended coming in on a red eye flight. Notified the hotel via their App and arrived at the hotel at 7:00 expecting to leave my bags with the doorman, instead he welcomed me by name and had my room key ready. A real and pleasant surprise to be able...

Stayed here immediately after surgery. The staff was great and was able to accommodate a noon check in, an empty fridge and wheelchair assistance leaving the hotel. When we pulled up to valet they took our name, told us they were expecting us and provided our room key. No need to go to front desk. Best valet service ever. Room...

Had a lovely stay in Chicago for a mother-daughter weekend. The Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago was close to water and shopping. Very relaxing. My daughter was ill during the stay and everyone treated her very thoughtfully! Room service was a huge blessing and the staff was remarkable! We went during Easter and they provided her with a cookie and...

Occasion: 40th Birthday Celebration (Group) The Great One of my favorite spas in Chicago. Customer service is excellent. Check-in process is smooth and friendly. Relaxation Room is one of my favorite with tucked in chaise-type lounges on both sides. Vintage Bourbon Massage and the Maui Sugar Scrub & Hawaiian Honey Therapy are 2 of my favorite treatments (with scalp enhancement)....

My room was on the 49th floor overlooking the city. Amazing view and excellent environment. I enjoyed shopping nearby and also had wonderful dinners in the very good restaurants around the corner. The only thing I did not like was the lack of placemats in the breakfast room, that means the cutlery laid on the wooden tables.

The Four Seasons staff were excellent-helpful, professional, and so very kind. The room was fantastic and the views of Lake Michigan were phenomenal. There was not a single thing I could find fault with and because my experience was so positive, I am planning another vacation in Chicago at the Four Seasons

Beautiful views - ask at checkin for a view from floor 43 or 44. Room 4315 is a great one . Bathroom amenities are very cool - Molin+Goetz . Restaurant breakfast very friendly - ask for stewardess Mariana. Checkout process could be better .

The room was excellent, great service. I appreciated mostly the details, water next to my bed, chocolate, drawing the curtains in the evening. Always clean no matter what time of the day. It was also very accessible to shopping, and had my fist makeover at Macy's.

Excellent service and amenities. I really enjoyed the spa/gym, it reminded me of the club at home. I really appreciate the phone cord holder being put on my cord while cleaning, please continue to do that for your guests. the front door guys are the best!

Neighbourhood Profile
Magnificent Mile
Over 400 stores pack the concrete along Michigan Avenue, the eight-block stretch known as Magnificent Mile. This area between Oak Avenue and the Chicago River is more a shopping paradise than a full-out neighborhood. For prime upscale shopping, this is the place to go. It’s busy, energetic, and packed with shoppers. You'll also find hundreds of restaurants and dozens of hotels, all on the mid- to high-end scale. Some of the city’s most iconic buildings like the Wrigley Building, John Hancock Center and other architectural marvels define the magnificence of this neighborhood.
