Our concierge, Kristen Klus, did a brilliant job of finding restaurants (including the hotel's own divine Allium) that could accommodate my husband's severe dietary restrictions yet are also happily accommodate our toddler nephew. No review is needed here. This is the Four Seasons as it is. Perfect in every way. Locations is excellent, service is perfect. The room layout is specious and the bed! If only we could take it home. When ur in Chicago complete your visit and stay at the Four Seasons.

My wife and I stayed there with our 2 young children. It was a fantastic stay! The staff are courteous and very responsive. Room service was excellent. Each night the had a special treat for the kids with the bed turn down. I would highly recommend staying there again. Absolutely outstanding!!

The 10 year old girls loved it. Good location. Good food. Great service. Friendly. First class. Would stay again. Pool and spa we'll run and comfortable. Worth the extra money. Wish there were bigger beds but we managed.
