Our family stayed for 8 nights in June as part of our extended holiday in Chicago and Ireland. This was a superb base: a pleasant walk along the Lakeshore to the city centre ( 45 min walk) but train station not far away for those less mobile. The apartment is set in a safe, quaint suburb with lots of nearby...

We had three moms and three teenaged daughters that planned a trip to Chicago to take in a Cubs' game and have some shopping time. We booked the Hamlin Park #2 condo managed by Roscoe Village, and it did not disappoint. It was located in the upcoming area of Roscoe Village in a quiet neighborhood. It was nicely appointed, convenient,...

I just returned from a Chicago family visit. I stayed at Roscoe Village's condo/guest house in Lincoln Park. It was a very comfortable stay. Clean linens, fluffy towels, comfortable beds, and very clean. John and his staff were easily accessible and very courteous. I would stay here again.

We stayed a full week at 1916 W Roscoe #1. Two bedroom one bath. Beautiful property and fantastic location. We walked to and from 3 Cubs games, great location for shopping, eating, and getting anywhere you want to in the city. The Brown line is three blocks away and gets you with a free transfer right into the city and...

Needed a place for a few business execs, this place worked well. Facilities were nice, place was secure, rooms were private, instructions to get into unit were detailed and the folks at Roscoe Village were pleasant to work with. I would recommend renting the private garage for $10 day as there isn't a lot of self parking options. Nearby cafes...

Facilities and property were all excellent. But we has poor service in realation to our 1 month rental. We were charged up front 2,500 as a security deposit (on top of the 4,000 rent) - steep but we agreed to this. But, when we moved out it took over 2 months to get the security deposit back (numerous emails and...

I booked the Roscoe Village Guesthouse in Old Town and it was absolutely perfect!! We were in town for my daughter's performance at Second City and the Old Town location couldn't have been any better! The condo is very nicely decorated, the beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of wine glasses for our nightly cocktail hour! Some of...

We just returned from a weekend stay at the Old Town Location of the Roscoe Village Townhouses. We had two condos for 11 in our family and found the accommodations perfect. Joe, the owner, was more than helpful to make sure our stay was enjoyable, including a very early check in so we could get on with our planned activities....

They also take pets on request so this made it possible for our family visit. The places are clean, nicely kept, conveniently located close to food, parks, and some shops. It is in a safe neighborhood (or least we felt that way) and has places to walk or go for a run (without all the traffic and being run over...

Joe and the Roscoe Village Guesthouse offered the perfect accommodations for urban explorers. Roscoe Village itself is a cute, lively neighborhood in Chicago--outside the city's main shopping district, so you see people who actually live there, but with neighborhood shops and restaurants outside your door. The Guesthouse itself was immaculate and laid out comfortably for two families, 7 people. We...
