We stayed here while visiting Chicago. The superior queen room is spacious and clean, and the location is perfect. The valet parking would cost $50+/day but we parked at the Millennium Parking Garage nearby for a lot less and walked there. There is construction going on in the front but it is quiet inside, at least in the evening. The...

This hotel is in a good location downtown and is clean and nice but the room is VERY small. You have to crawl over the corner of the bed to get to the bathroom. While the furnishings were nice, I felt claustrophobic and wanted to spend as little time in the room as possible.

Stayed at this hotel for four nights during a business trip. Despite its good downtown location, simply put, I suggest that you look for another option. I had a poor experience from check-in to check-out. Staff was not helpful, check-in process did not work smoothly and required endless intervention by staff that did not explain whether there was an issue...

Front Desk Staff was rude and acted bored/annoyed with customers. Calls to front desk for various amenities were left ignored. Elevator was faulty, and room was extremely small with no fridge or microwave. Even motel 6 has a fridge and microwave...

Stayed at Central Loop Hotel while attending a conference at McCormick Place. Unique checking process and business lounge and exercise facilities were nice. Unfortunately the British pub was closed for renovations but there were several restaurants within walking distance. Room arrangement in the hallways is different and it does tend to shield your room from hallway noise. Lyft ride was...

It was a very nice hotel. The rooms nice but very hot. they give us a fan Great for the price in Chicago! Very Quiet and clean. Nice showers and good beds to sleep. Jut wish we had the restaurant , lounge and bar was open. they were remodeling and valet parking was not so expensive for us. Parking should be...

The hotel is in a good location downtown that will likely be convenient if you are traveling on business. It's a fine place to stay, but I would only recommend if you are not looking to spend too much time in the room. I found my room to be pretty tight with dated furniture, bathroom, and TV. The TV was...

I liked the hotel very much - courteous staff, easy check in, comfortable room, extremely convenient location. If you're looking for a quality hotel without all of the razzle-dazzle bells and whistles, this may be the place for you. My only drawback is that the pub downstairs was closed for renovation. But then there are many, many other choices in...

Clean, comfy hotel in the best possible location. On each floor purified water dispenser, on 3rd floor ice machine and vending. I as an asthmatic appreciated the possibility to open the window some inches and get the fresh air. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is located beside of JW Marriott, where the staff couldn´t be more nice....
