Wow! I made the best decision picking to stay @ the Julian. First you cannot beat the perfect location downtown…you are basically in the heart of the city…across the street from Millennium Park. The hotel has a very cool vibe, beautifully decorated the minute you walk through the doors into the lobby. The rooms are immaculate clean & chic. The bed and bedding extremely comfortable. I love the bathroom and the views from my room were spectacular. Last but not least …the staff was extraordinary. Darnell, Cindy and Leah went above and beyond to help me and make sure my stay was an amazing one. They made my Thanksgiving experience in Chicago extra special and I am so grateful. Kia was also very helpful when I was booking the reservation. I look forward to coming back again. I loved it !…

The Julian offers its guests rooms that are immaculate and quiet. The staff is always polite and helpful. Room service and a very nice restaurant can take care of any in-house dining requests guests might have. And finally, the location of the hotel is ideal for tourists who would to walk to many of the sites Chicago has to offer.
Celebrated my husbands birthday and stayed here for the night. Found that it was More affordable if you book directly through hotel website compared to Expedia, or other sites. The staff were so nice and caring- allowed us to check in early at 1pm free of charge as we called the day off and asked. Anything before 11 I believe is a fee. We saw Wicked at the Nederlander Theatre which was literally around the block, maybe 3 min walk. Across the street from the Bean and countless restaurants/ coffee shops. We ate at ALK which is connected to the hotel, very yummy, affordable. Tori and Sadie were great and really added to our experience. They topped our trip off and we’re so kind and generous!!!!
Friends ordered a room to stay a day. Don’t even give you a full day. They wanted us to check in at 4pm then check out 11am the next day. You have to pay extra if you want to check in just a hour or two early, I understand they have to make sure room is clean. But room was fully ready. Service is good but other than the silly extra fees
The greatest thing about this hotel is the customer service. The two ladies at the front desk are super helpful and respectful thank you so much Amber and Leiah . I wish they had microwaves in the room and ice on every floor
Such a high quality hotel for a reasonable price. Great location downtown near all of the tourist spots. Hotel staff directed us to best place to park and for discounted price. Really nice beds, shower, and bath robes were a fun extra.
Kia, Amber and Yvonne were amazing help!!! The staff here is excellent and I can’t wait to stay here again!! Location was close to everything you need plus the restaurant at the hotel has great food!!
